Taxpayer have already paid for the road. Now we uave to pay to use it? Thats ridiculous. Plus we are going to have to deal with all the traffic during construction, just too not be able to use it.

We already paid to build the road with our tax dollars. Now you want to charge us to use it? That's ridiculous, sounds like robbery to me.

This “freeway” is outdated and dangerous. We need to build for the future and not the past.

Too many lives and WAY too much time and good will have been lost on this dangerous stretch of highway. Simply putting in a single toll express lane will change NOTHING except providing some extra revenue. This discriminatory plan is simply the physical infrastructure equivalent of ending net neutrality! It condemns the non-priviledged majority to the treacherous slow lanes that are the very problem needing a solution.

It's time we forced our state, local and federal governments to be good stewards of our tax dollars. If their way to defray the costs is through toll roads, they are doing something wrong.

No tolls bottom line. Big government taxes need to end.

I'm signing this because we pay our taxes for our streets and as it is most of them need attention. Colorado springs is a growing area with the need for a wider highway. It would be a waist because it wouldn't get utilized if we have to pay to drive on it

I live in C.S. now . The last thing Colorado needs is toll lanes . When all the money goes to the rich their is little to nothing left for the average person . NO PAY TO DRIVE ROADS .

Seriously? I25 is a major thoroughfare. It should have been widened 10+ years ago! Put it up for a vote! Do it before somebody drops torpedoes on it!!
