People love Halloween, every year a lot of people put out decorations to invite people to come and trick or treat. I understand that with the whole COVID 19 thing people are wary about trick or treating. But here are some reasons why people should be able to trick or treat. Number One, people will be outside the place where some people don't wear masks and people can come together. Also, people will not be staying in the same area for a long time which doesn't allow COVID to spread very much. Plus small groups of people don't mingle with other groups generally making it so that COVID can't go from person to person. Thank you.
