We, the undersigned homeowners of Collington Farms, petition the HOA board members to allow above ground swimming pools within our backyards.

We agree that the current rule of only permitting an inground pool is outdated and not feasible for many of our families. We also agree that above ground pools and their associated accessories can be maintained and stored in such a way as to not detract from the value of homes (and potentially even add value). We believe that our community should be granted the choice to engage in the entertainment and affordability that an above ground pool provides.

We request this change be amended asap to help ease the burden of COVID-19 restrictions, but no later than March 1st, 2021.
