It’s unfair to the students of Band or Orchestra to have less time in the future years. According to West Collierville Middle and all Collierville Schools District a period of at least 2-day Physical Education (Two Class Periods). Therefore leaving only 3 Days a week for Orchestra & Band. Many people have after school activities also, so please tell me, WHATS THE POINT? Many parents, students, and I are angered at this decision. They shouldn’t be forced to do 2-day P.E. For that will decrease their grades and performance in not only musical activities but also in the periods after they have P.E. The students and parents should not be put through this trauma and the students deserve a word in these decisions.
