All across the united states, there are young college students, who live in dorms. Now that these dorms are being closed, there are people who have no where else to go. If they get evicted, they are on the streets. 

I am not asking this country to keep all dorms open for all students, I am asking them to keep dorms open for those who need it, and only those. 

This directly affects thousands of people who rely on dorms for a safe place to live in. I believe that with stricter regulations, the minority of at risk youth can be kept off the streets and on a path to higher education. 

I, like many others, have friends who would be homeless now, if it werent for university/college dorms. 

This is of course, without rules. With stricter management, and the ban of frivolous things like parties, and gatherings, COVID-19 will be kept at bay. 

Please help them stay on track and off the streets, not just for my friends but all of the people have bad homelives or are faced with homelessness if they are closed.
