Allow Vietnam to have an extra 100 points awarded in the SAT.

Vietnam is a developing country, but many students simply do not have the resources to travel and study the SAT as well as nations such as the United States, Australia or the United Kingdom. As a result, Vietnam has an unfair disadvantage compared to other more developed nations when taking such a difficult and critical test such as the SAT.
We demand that Vietnamese students be given 100 points extra for any results on the New SAT, in order to make up for our disadvantage.
With your help, students from impoverished regions can apply for big universities, and take spots away from more deserving students from richer countries.
