Coles has taken one step forward and two steps back. After the single use plastic bag ban Coles has now back flipped and are handing out free “reusable” plastic bags indefinitely. These reusable bags may prove to do more harm to our environment than the single use bags. Due to Coles deciding to hand out unlimited amounts of these bags, customers will be less likely to actually reuse the bags and they will instead end up in our oceans, streams and landfill. Coles has shown where their priorities lie and that is not with our environment. 

Sign this petition to get Coles to revoke the free plastic bag promise and instead keep their promise to the environment.
