On September 9th, many excited people purchased the Shiba Inu ("SHIB") coin through Coinbase Pro but Coinbase Pro listed an inaccurate price of SHIB (10 times higher than the actual market price!). This abnormal price was driven by Coinbase's decision to halt deposits/transfers of SHIB into Coinbase one hour after launch, thereby restricting the supply of SHIB. With an immense number of buyers and very few sellers (due to Coinbase's restriction of supply), the price of SHIB artificially skyrocketed. Shortly thereafter, Coinbase claimed a "technical error" and allowed deposits/transfers of SHIB back into Coinbase, resulting in massive selling at hugely inflated prices. The price of SHIB then fell 90% in less than a minute. The money lost by regular people like me is for groceries, tuition, rent etc. Stop stealing money from regular people/users with market manipulation! 

Per Coinbase's user agreement, Coinbase will make reasonable efforts to restore all traders to the position they would have been in had the error not occurred. But since then no reasonable efforts were made to restore Traders affected by the aforementioned "technical error" in trading SHIB coin during launch. 

How can Coinbase Pro list a price that is 10x higher than the market price for 25 hours? And then in less than a minute, how can they fix this "technical error" causing the price to fall 90%? This is a market manipulation. This is Coinbase's "technical error".
