The current unit manager (Mr. Rhampine) works how many hours overtime to provide service delivery for Winburg Community. He works Mon. to Fridays but over weekends drive the tractor to provide water to schools, and to others. He goes beyond his job description to assist the community of Makalaketla and Winburg to provide service delivery but now the acting municipal manager want to replace him with a previous manager that failed the community daily. No matter the political choice of the mm but he works very hard to provide service delivery to the communities. He work weekends without pay for months to keep the community happy. Please stop the acting municipal manager of appointing the previous unit manager at Winburg Municipality due to none service delivery. We stand as one community to keep Mr. Rhampini as unit Manager at Winburg municipality. We dont want the previous unit manager, "Mr. E" we want Mr. Rhampini and none other. Please remove the acting municipal manager at Masilionyana Municipality urgently as municipal staff strike as they dont want her as mm and in between Mr. Rhampini have to give up everything to provide a service to community. We insist we dont want the current acting municipal manager at Masilionyana and we dont want the previous unit manager at Winburg Municipality. We had enought of the acting mm and empty promises. We are tired of fake actions.... we insist that Mr. Rhampini stay as Unit Manager at Winburg Municipality but also gets paid for his hard work.
