The highest zoning allowed in the City of Coeur d’Alene is C17 (17 residences/acre.) Some developers have successfully obtained a doubling of that up to R34 via a special use permit that goes before the Planning Commission for approval. If you reside within the city limits of Coeur d’Alene and you are opposed to this doubling of allowed density for projects,  please “sign & share” this petition to make your opinion known to the Planning Commission. Many of us are growing tired of the traffic congestion and pressure on our schools brought about by such high density developments.
