The city of Cocoa Florida is trying to back out of their 4 yr agreement with the developers of “ The Villas of Cocoa Village” to instead build LOW INCOME HOUSING in our beautiful riverside Village. The Villas are to be located on the south side of Rosa Jones and Florida Ave adjacent to “The Cottages of Cocoa Village” which are in the process  of being built. There are too many ramifications to allowing low income housing in our beautiful riverside Village to list. However, an agreement is an agreement, and the ramifications would effect all of us that reside in Cocoa.
