Because of the pink tax, menstrual products are pretty expensive. Not everyone can afford them. Pads and Tampons should not cost anything to those who have no control on menstruating. The university should have these handed out free just like they handed out free condoms. If they cannot include them in the dorms or on other places of campus, at least make them a mandatory product to have in the pantry. Right now the CINO pantry does not require menstrual products. For those people who menstruate and cannot afford any menstrual products, this would be extremely beneficial. There should be menstrual products in all bathrooms on campus because cis-gendered women are not the only people to menstruate. If this campus is inclusive, we need to be inclusive for everyone who menstruates.
