Many people are directly affected by the incompetence of a well known international football academy for forcing their coaches to work mornings AND evenings during half term. Many football coaches are in relationships with teachers therefore this is the only time they can spend quality time with their other halves. This includes teachers that live abroad and are flying in to see their partners. For coaches without difficult circumstances relating to their relationships, this situation puts an enourmous strain on their work-life balance. 

For the company, this will put a massive strain on their employee satisfaction, possibly leading to a deacrease in productivity, well-being and happy consumers. This could risk an increase of employee resignation and the number of sickness related absences. This could also put strain on employee's (with teacher partners) relationships and could in turn result in a lot of tears at work. 

Immediate action is necessary as this last minute decision by the company could tip employees over the edge and sign contracts to work with rivals.
