Our Coachella valley skateparks bring people of all ages to spend time socializing and getting in much needed activity. My goal is to get together a group of volunteers to revamp the La Quinta Cove skatepark and more. We would like to paint the skatepark walls, sidewalk, and more to add color and life to the park. The bright colors will draw the attention of tourists, skaters, park goers, and families. I am a teen and a huge color and art enthusiast and all though I’m not a professional, I can guide a team to help bring some life back to these parks. I plan to raise money to pay for supplies and recruit enough volunteers to help get the park done in a fast and efficient way. This will get people out and active and help bring change and inspiration to our valley.
