July 6 The Board plans to hold a Special Assembly (SA).

A Special Assembly  EXEMPTS the Board from presenting a whole bunch of important documents to the co-owners. Such as:
      The annual balance sheet;
      The income statement for the past year;
      The statement of debts and receivables;
      The provisional budget

Our General Assembly is due since the 2nd week of MAY!

We want and need to know this information to take solid decisions.

We have the power to stop this thing imposed on us !

We have the right to have our General Assembly and to know how our co-ownership is doing.
We want information, numbers and the election of a Board of Directors of at least 5 people and better yet of 7 people.

Our General Assembly is due since the 2nd week of May. We are being asked to vote for things we don't have time to study!

A lot of co-owners have not even been summoned.

Let's request the CANCELLATION of this Special  Assembly and that a General Assembly, where we can attend in person be called as soon as we are allowed to.

We are the Co-Owners and we don't let just 1 person (Thierry Moulin who is not even a Co-Owner) decide when and how things should be decided!
