I believe that CNA’s should be paid more. Certified Nursing Assistant’s are being underpaid for the work they do. They care, love, clean, change, and feed loved ones. Certified Nursing Assistant’s should be paid for their hard work and dedication. When we aren’t there for our love ones they are. Around the clock 24/7..365days bad weather can’t even stop an CNA from having a day at home. When our love ones are crying CNA’s cheer them up, when they are giving up CNA’s hold their hands, and even when they pass away CNA’s are just as hurt as we are. Lets make a change in the healthcare field for CNA’s and increase their pay they deserve it!
