Very unhappy about this sale of this
once great time-share called
Clubintrawest. Really loved it and its
quaint clubs in Canada,
Mexico and all over. My family also enjoyed it. I would sell it if I could but
do not know how to do that as I have
tried. Diamond Resorts does not have
a popular name and makes the value of our once unique property devalued.

I don't think Diamond Resorts International is the same quality of service that CI was known for and our investment has been devalued without any say in the matter

I AM SIGNING BECAUSE WE INVESTED A LOT OF MONEY IN INTRAWEST AND WE DO NOT INTEND ON LOOSING IT. WE NEED TO FIND OUT NOW IF THE CLUB AS DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS INSURANCE COVERAGE. IT WILL BE VERY IMPORTANT IN A FUTURE CLASS ACTION SUIT SHOULD WE GET THERE. THERE IS A NEED NOW TO FIND OUT NOW IF THE DIRECTORS HAVE DIRESTORS AND OFFICERS COVERAGE SHOULD WE WIND UP IN THE COURT FOR NOT HAVING MADE THE RIGHT DECISION ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBERS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT. FURTHERMORE WE DID NOT PURCHASE THISE POINTS IN A HIGH CLASS ORGANIZATION TO HAVE IT SOLD WITHOUT COMPENSATION TO THE MEMBERS WHO INVESTED BIG BUCKS TO BUILD THE ORGANIZATION.WE NEED TO KEEP THE PRESSURE ON TO CONTEST THIS SALE AND FIND OUT IF THE DIRECTORS HAD THE RIGHT TO MAKE THIS TYPE OF DECISION WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH THE INVESTORS

I'm signing this petition because Club Intrawest did not disclose to us in 2012 when we purchased additional club points that they were pursuing a buyer for our club. It now feels like we have lost our investment and are held hostage to a company we never wanted to associate with.
