Due to the socio-economic high unemployment rate, drug and substance abuse there has been a high spike in crime such as home burglaries, robbery and many other challenges in the community of pelican park / new horizons. 

This petition serves as a request to close down our courts & closes by means of clear view fencing to lower the risk or prevent suspicious movement.
