Please keep the charming welcoming arcade as would only be replaced with soulless yuppie waste

I'm a professional musician... I grew up down the road from Tally Ho in the early 60's.. Spent many hours in the arcade music shop...Drooled over Hofner Verithin guitars in the window...bought my first 45 rpm single there! Went to Saturday morning pictures in the Gaumont! Ate in the Wimpey Bar! Save the Arcade!

I walked through the arcade last week and I thought to myself how beautiful it was and how much we’ve lost. Don’t less this gorgeous building be replaced by a bland and grim building - it cold easily be made into a lovely through fare, it could be used for filming and generate its own income.

These arcades are more sustainable as major retailers close leaving unusable vast shopping areas. Small start-up businesses & small established businesses need these unique attractive types of shops. Don't fall into the same greedy developer trap Bath City has.
