Stop the 'change of use' for the shop unit on Jennett's Park

The retail area in Jennett's Park is finally being built and we should in the near future have a lovely, new convenience store (Co Op). An application was recently made to the local authority for a 'change of use' from A1 (Retail) to flexible A1 and A2 (Financial and Professional Services).
The application was poorly advertised and many residents were not aware until after it had been granted. It has been suggested that an Estate Agency will be occupying the spare unit.
The local authority Highways team have stated that there is sufficient capacity within the existing car park in Tawny Owl Square for staff and visitors to the proposed estate agency. This car park is already very busy and often full during the working day with visitors to the school and well used Community Centre
Residents would prefer to have an asset such as a café, hairdresser, etc that would be of more benefit and would question the community value of an estate agency as opposed to a retail unit.
The community of Jennett's Park and Wykery Copse ask the local authority planning committee and BFC Executive to urgently reconsider the application that was made and would ask that it is revoked and that Coop engage with the local community and consider their views about the allocation of the third retail unit, an asset for the benefit of residents
