Kratom was there when all doctors failed me and kratom is the main reason I have a manageable quality of life. Everyone should have access to seek alternative resources for their wellbeing. Kratom is the reason I can get up and go to work, instead of being on permanent disability.

Kratom has helped me so much. Any governmental ban of a natural plant medicine is completely absurd.

I'm signing because I have witnessed and experienced the beneficial properties of this herbal supplement and it truly changes lives. I believe as an American it is your choice whether or not to bow down willingly into the slavery of money-motivated pharmaceutical companies and their artificial solutions to problems that don't require their help. Isn't this supposed to be the land of the free? Look at the facts, such a small minority of individuals have had issues because of Kratom, and compared to the far more numerous amounts of users and people that have been helped by the benefits of Kratom, it makes no sense that a ban should be placed on something with actual helpful properties, yet allow literally useless chemicals such as nicotine to be so widely available. Make the legal age for Kratom 18, issue directions on dosages and reputable vendors, and if needed at an absolute final line (because the government can't help but wish to control something that is worth money and helps its citizens) form REASONABLE regulations to insure that the product available is not of low quality or manipulated. It is common sense, and those who wish to ban or eliminate Kratom in the United States are one of two things: 1. Motivated by the money made off of prescriptions, which come with so many more life destroying side effects, dangers, and addictions. Or 2. Uninformed/Misinformed about what Kratom truly is and why informed individuals use it, and have been heavily misled by the media and old generation D. A. R. E. supporting fear spreading partisan opponents of Kratom, who wield slanted "facts" and spurt statistics cherry picked for the sole reason of promoting terror and worry about something that has so little of a harmful effect on its using population. Let's say for example ≈80 people die, how many were ONLY using Kratom, and in the right way, in its natural, unaltered form? Furthermore, how big is this 80 people when compared with the million or more people who actively use Kratom? It is so minute that it is laughable, and if cigarettes, alcohol, and prescriptions with much MUCH higher negative statistics and causes of death are readily available for nearly all Americans, why ban something that has a massively lower rate of negative effects and deaths that is currently easier to get than all three of the forementioned substances? If you can answer me this, I will swear on anything that I will immediately support banning Kratom, stop my use, and advocate for others to do the same. The issue is that there is not a single person in the world that will be able to form a substantial reason as to why Kratom shouldn't stay legal if so many other worse options exist, unless they admit it's only about money, and at that point I will be deafened to the cries of "ban Kratom, " as currency in this nation is not a valid reason to hinder the legal rights of the "free" citizens of this nation. It is disgusting and abhorrent that so many wish to spend their time so eagerly opposing something that so many people have found benefits in, only because they ignore fact, and instead choose to give in to the motivation of profit. Unfortunately, people are too materialistic to choose not to be evil.

Because many people havd used kratom to stop using Narcotics and alcohol. While Alcohol has proven dangers and a ridiculously high body count, legislators constantly try to ban everything that can potentially lower its use.
