We just found out that our precious Kent's market that has been with us as a part of our community for many years is going to be closing its doors. Before we are able to even mourn this great loss of a pillar business in our community we are faced with dark news and a great injustice. 

Harmons Grocery is considering taking the place of Kent's in our community and we won't have it!!!! Harmons and their rude staff and overpriced garbage brand belong in big-city ghettos like those of Salt Lake and West Valley. We want small independently owned family businesses in our small rural community. Take your chane stores and put them where they belong. 

We want a store with a positive economic and social impact and will be carbon nuteral espically with how bad the air is here in Utah. We want a stroe that will prioritize the employemnt and economic advancement of historically underrepresneted black, indigenious, and People of color. Not the homogenous, white washed trash that Harmons will bring to our city.

Now is our time people of Clearfield! Stand up and make the city and Harmons Grocery know that we don't want them in our community.
