I am starting a petition to get Kilmarnock cleaned up! The corner of Main Street and Irvington Road is an eye sore for anyone passing by. Neighbors have offered to pay to have the front redone. I have personally tried to rent the building with no luck. There was a grant to get the building fronts painted and the application was pulled by the owner. Multiple attempts have been made by several people within the community with no success. After meeting with the Town of Kilmarnock we feel like this will be the most effective way to get this building cleaned up.
