We need to make a change in our environment. Cleaning up in North Port is a start. There is an excess amount of littering in our city, and this petition is a way to start the mission to lower the level of trash all around North Port.  We are asking that the City of North Port, increase penalties for littering, and step-up enforcement by authorities.  In addition, we propose that group of individuals be designated to pick up trash around common areas in North Port.
