Clayton, NY is in the process of considering an application to build a Dollar General on Graves Street next to the Community Bank. We are the community members who are against the building of a Dollar General at this location. 

Dollar General has submitted for an area variance to build on the lot on Graves Street. (The frontage is currently too small for a retail store that big and they need the variance to build.) The public hearing will be held on Monday, May 16th at 7pm. Please please submit letters to the zoning officer, Rich Ingerson, codes@townofclayton.com before Monday so they can be considered by the board. Please attend the meeting on Monday to show opposition to the variance.
