Inmates have complained for years that they are not provided with pads upon request during their menstrual. When asked, they are avoided or have to wait long hours before they are able to change their pad. The Clayton County Sheriff has not responded to any of the calls or emails in regards to this complaint and the community and victims are demanding change and answers.
