Claudia Webb has brought disrepute to our parliament with her actions and must be made to bear full responsibility for her actions. The Labour Party correctly suspended her when the allegations were brought and backed that with removing her from the party after she was found guilty. As of now we have to wait until the appeal in March 2022 for the commons to issue a recall petition, which is ludicrous as I have lost faith in her ability to follow the law and no one who helps pass laws and holds the government to account should have this sort of record.

My point is this she should be investigated by the parliamentary standards authority and suspended to allow a recall petition as soon as possible. Or barring that based on her actions as already on record due to the guilty verdict from the magistrate's court be put up for suspension and trigger a recall petition. 

If we do not get this we have to live with the fact that if you are an MP you can act like you are above the law which is ludicrous and if we get this to work we may still get her as an MP but it is unlikely as an independent candidate it is less likely to win an election.
