Classfied staff in 501 are not receiving equal or equitable raises.  Many office paras are classified as paras so will be receiving raises that put them at or above the rate their direct supervisor makes.  Not only that but their supervisors are actually per their job descriptions tasked with doing a higher level of work but will be making less.
