Our beautiful village of Godstone has become plagued with lorries and speeding vehicles entering and leaving the M25 at junction 6. Particularly with online shopping being the 'new normal' the volume of large vehicles will continue to increase...

The damage the B2235 and local property foundations continue to suffer as a result of this beyond precedented heavy traffic flow is horrific. And will only worsen. There are records of this gorgeous Surrey village from the 11th century - yet the M25 was added a mere 45 years ago.

This issue is costing us all money for repairs, in our council tax bills, and our peace and quiet.

The lorries need to be detoured!
