This is pretty self explanatory. 

In 2012 Tamir Rice’s was shot and killled by the Cleveland Police dept. before the responding officers car was even at a complete stop. 

Timothy Loehmann killed a twelve year old 

He was not indicted. And now is working part time again for the Bellaire, Ohio police dept. 

There were multiple red flags when Loehmann was hired. All of which were ignored and have seemed to be ignored again. 

Chief Richard Flanagan of the Bellaire dept. stated “(loehmann) was never charged in Tamir’s death and deserves a second chance. 

When you're an officer and you kill a child in cold blood you don’t deserve a second chance.
