As a country we have lost the very foundation that this great land was built on, equality, freedom, morals, all have been lost to greed and personal gain. The ones who have been most impacted our the youth, the children who have become silent over the years, who have dropped from priority to distant afterthought. A system that was entrusted to protect them, now preys on them. In every aspect of law there's one specific goal in mind, accountability. Whoever is wrong must be held accountable for their actions, this dates back to the founding fathers of this land. So why is it perhaps one of the most important sections of our legal system fails to seek any accountability? Chooses to ignore the very document that set this country apart, The united States Constitution of Rights. Ignoring what is called fundamental law! Replacing a child's best interest, by what's the best revenue move.keep good parents trapped fighting for a right that no man gave them, but a right God gave them. All to drain them financially, emotionally, until they are a shadow of their once proud self. A murder gets sentenced to life in prison for they fact they have taken a life, well any parent or court who takes away someones heart without just and lawful cause is doing the very same thing. You taking a good persona life from them, robbing them of memories, love, and their constitutional right to be a parent. I beg to differ that death would be easier , rather then dieing every day, living with such an enormous rope of pain wrapped around your neck every day, struggling to just survive another night to simply wake and repeat the painful process. That's what it's like having your heart taken from you, so yes those who choose to commit such a disgusting act most definitely should be held accountable. They have deliberately and intentionally taken 2 lives, that of the parent and also of the innocent child who was stripped of their ability to love who they wanna love, stripped of safety, memories, hugs,kisses, and everything they are so rightfully entitled  too. No one parent is greater, this is a panning field of equals. Not one parent can create a life on their own therefore no one parent has the right to ever block the other parent. Parental Alienation is undoubtedly abuse, abuse that the odds are will never heal and greatly reduce a child's ability to fully succeed in life. Yet the court holds no one accountable so the problem remains rampant through out this country. Children used as pawns in game and the courts turning a blind eye and instead fatten their pockets. Taking a child's mother or father is never In the best interest of child unless that parent poses a risk or endangerment to that child. No court or judge has the right to tell a good loving parent when and where he and she can see their child, they aren't God and have no place trying to play him, hold parents accountable!! There's no easy button when you decide oh I don't wanna deal with this, or I don't wanna talk to them. No you chose to bring this child into the world and therefore inherited all responsibility that comes with that child, so yes put your ego, pride , and childish bs aside and do what's best for your child learn to co parent to give that child the best life you possibly can, never make them feel as tho they must choose between the two people the so desperately need in life. You might not wanna go to work some days but you go. No why ? Because you'll get fired! You suck it up and go because it's your responsibility as an adult to go, parenting is no different. These courts have to hold parents accountable on every aspect. There's no ok the courts will make the schedule for me, no you will commit as a parent get the help of needed but you will handle the our child's issues and not let someone else make decisions for them, your the parent so act like it. Both parents must come tg and sort their own mess out of you can to do that for your child then you have no business being a parent . You wanna use them, alienate them then so be it but now you will be held accountable, face prison time like all other criminals.
