We have booked holidays before even pandemic started and before even knowing that there is risk of not going. Suddenly, all our money gone and we couldn’t travel because of  either lockdowns or because of the of quarantine rules. Airlines are refusing to refund; either asking you to travel forgetting totally that you cannot do it anymore because of new regulations or issue you a voucher with very limited period of usage so you cannot use it before the expiry date.

The pandemic wasn’t our fault, restrictions, quarantine and lockdown weren’t our decision. So why individuals should be losing all their savings for something wasn’t their fault. All airlines should issue refunds to their customers as long as their travel date was either during lockdown or their destination isn’t in the quarantine exemption list.
