I'm opposed to the wholesale destruction of neighbourhoods in Vancouver. Gregor would be happiest if all the poor and working poor just moved out of the city. Whoops - too late.

These towers bring nothing to the community. We need low rise buildings affordable buildings for people who actually want to live here and not for investors who only want to invest and have no interest in the community they are buying into.

Not an honest deal. I have no problem with developers make endless $ but don't devalue the land. Corruption - what I like to think sets Canada apart from the rest of the world! Tower is too tall on small parcel of land. Wreck the park, block sunlight and sets a dangerous precedent for yaletown low level heritage rise buildings. What's going to protect or stop that from going next?

Councillors do not own our City, they are simply civil servants elected to do to do the work requested of their Citizens. Which is to provide a sustainable and "livable" community for the Citizens and not for the Developers community.

Developers have had a field day in my city, twisting it into a monotonous, arrogant, towering high priced ghetto eliminating sunlight and human scaled neighbourhoods. Consider the consequences please.
