At this stage in our city's (over)development it is time to preserve what we have and these terraces and their locality are worth saving!

Destroying the original townhouses to make way for a monster of a building - is not the answer.. There's 'history' in those properties and those that live in the street and surrounding streets would have to endure a long term demolition and rebuild project that none would want to be forced to deal with, neverlone the loss of those lovely homes. Let the progress happen elsewhere!!

Just simply no, it shouldn't be allowed to happen just for money. There are plenty of other places to build. And, the building is really ugly!
