We would like to see a zebra crossing put in on Morey Street, between the Armadale train station and the Kings Arcade. All to often cars fly down the street (which is a back street) and do not take notice of the stairs to the train station.

The children are back at school and today reminded us, as they run through the Arcade to the train and all it would take is one car to be going too fast for something to happen. The Arcade is in a blind spot for cars.

The zebra crossing would act as a warning for the cars to slow down and drive with care. We work in the showroom so call day we witness cars driving up to 60km per hour and drive down the road the wrong way. Either we need a 20km limit or to be honest that and the crossing would be safest for the children and the residents here in Armadale.
