According to code enforcement 555-559 State street has been an on-going problem for years now. The parking lot is so poorly maintained it has large potholes throughout, evidence of dumping, trash items being stored outside of the dumpster, debris along the tree belt and all over the parking lot. Residents want answers on what the City is prepared to do in order to ensure that the owners are taking responsibility for the condition of their business. The property owner should be fined daily until they clean-up, make repairs, and properly maintain the lot.
