People have been getting harassed by the city of Sidney code enforcer Arthur Franklin. His techniques is unconventional and does not show respect to others. He has lied riding city ordinance out to people, and he has a bully mantality. He is not a resident of Sidney Shelby County therefore he should resign immediately as an officer for the city of Sidney the officer should live in the city limits or in Shelby County. This petition is to let the city council know that they are responsible and that an upcoming election is going to happen and this could determine their fate to getting re-elected because they are the ones in charge and they work for the people. The people in Sidney understand that the code enforcer has a job to do it's one thing to overstep your boundaries and give people in this community a problem when he don't even live in Sidney or Shelby County. His games and his tactics and his bullying ways has been self-evident through my personal situation and others that have contacted me about their dealings with Arthur Franklin.
