The San Jose Curfew is Tyrannical and Un-Constitutional.

This curfew only serves to suppress the people's right to protest, creates self-imprisonment from 8:30 pm to 5 am, it also makes it harder for small-businesses to sell good/services that will provide much needed income during these already hard times. 

If you support Black Lives Matter, I implore you to support this petition. As the government is limiting the hours you are allowed to protest. This is not just an issue with the police, but also an issue with leadership. Sam Liccardo and the City of San Jose cannot take away your right to protest
