Brandon Jones started this petition to City Councilman Charles Fontera and

We, the citizens of Roseville, petition that the city of Roseville allow the building of some dispensaries to be created and regulated in Roseville, Michigan. Only after dealing with the MRA (Marijuana Regulatory Agency) and after residents receive their proper documentation and licensing, the process may begin with the City Council's approval.  They must be a Resident of Roseville to own a dispensary in the city. Also, the city must limit the customers to Roseville Residents only for first 30 days. After 30 days the city will decide if non Roseville Residents will be able to buy from the dispensary.

In accordance to the above petition we the citizens of Roseville also petition to have a distribution/manufacturing center somewhere in the Roseville City Limits, and the city will have a debate on the best location for this center where the citizens and officials feel the place decided on is not only the safest, but where it is not a distraction. This will benefit the community by offering jobs for residents of Roseville first. This won't just allow it to have a symbiotic relationship with giving Roseville citizens work opportunities, but with the dispensaries, and you allow it's workers to not even have to leave the city to restock.

In Conclusion:  With 3 dispensary locations, that alone will put money back. With having jobs offered to the citizens of Roseville, this will make the city's economy grow even more. Let's make Roseville a top tier city, and be a model of how to use the new legality of marijuana to make this city thrive.
