There has been a request by Eastwood Homes ( Mike Kemp) to rezone 404 Rawlinson Road from current zoning of Residential Development- 1 (RD-1) in York County to Single-Family Attached (SF-A) and annexed into the City of Rock Hill. The plan is to build townhomes on this property which will be positioned between existing Reflection Park and Country Oaks subdivision. This petition is to stop the proposed rezoning.
