Stop Characterizing dog breeds in Richmond BC

In Richmond BC there is a bylaw regarding dangerous dogs. They have characterized certain breeds as "dangerous dogs" based solely on the breed of dog. Any dog in this breed is deemed "dangerous" and has a wide variety of restrictions and regulations they need to follow, some of which I believe follow under borderline animal abuse. Such as muzzling. A dangerous dog is not a breed of dogs. Dangerous dogs are bread and trained by an owner. Not all Pitt bills or Staffies are dangerous dogs. I am asking The city of Richmond BC to stop characterizing breeds of dogs as dangerous. The city of Delta once had the breed characterization in place and they have since changed it.
