Two developers have purchased the land between Variolite and Nowthen Blvd. and 173rd/175th - Trott Brook North/Hunt Properties.  The Trott Brook land is currently zoned as R-1-detached single family lots measuring between 80 feet and 2.5 acres.  The developers have applied for R-1 detached villa zoning, meaning that each potential lot would move from the current zoning of 80 feet and 2.5 acres lots to anywhere between 55 and 75 foot lots. To effectively communicate our opposition to the re-zoning application, please sign this petition and let Ramsey City Planning Commission and City Counsel know your thoughts.  We need to provide City Counsel with this signed petition by their meeting on May 7th.  By signing this Petition, you show that you are NOT in favor of rezoning. Also, in addition, please consider sending an email to City Hall and tell them that you are NOT in favor of the rezoning.
