Application: CP100164 and RZ100678. The HUB Collection is applying to The City of Prince George to increase the density on 4500 Ospika Blvd for the purpose of building 256 student housing units.  The property is currently zoned multi-family and well situated with regards to proximity to amenities and campuses.  The proposal is in line with the Official Community Plan.  

Economic impacts to Prince George will include job creation, increase in the tax base, and will increase the desirability of Prince George as a destination for post secondary education.
