There is a new sign turning right onto Pineville Matthews road from Carolina Place PKWY. This turn is a merge lane, as pictured in attachment, that allows the vehicle well over 300 feet of travel to merge onto Pineville Matthews Road. The new "No turn on Red" sign is causing both a life safety issue for traffic and pedestrians as well as severely impacts traffic flow. Please sign the petition to notify city council to get this sign removed immediately.
