Arcadia Dog Park (Phoenix)

The people of Arcadia, Phoenix have spoken! We need a place where responsible dog owners can meet and greet. The dogs would greatly benefit from such a park as proven in other parts of Phoenix that have such amenities. They would be able to run freely and make new friends. The Arcadia dog park would not only allow the dogs to play and have fun, but it would bring the community together. The people who illegally choose to let their dogs off of their leashes would be able to legally engage in such practices. Which would create a safer environment for the users of the parks that do not want off-leash dogs around their families. There is no park that is a reasonable distance from the Arcadia neighborhood that offers a fenced off-leash area for dogs to play. Scottsdale has a massive dog-park facility, why don't we?
