Approve an Ordinance to Enact the Five Step Plan Recommended by Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen

Due to recent events and the out of control nature of what Spring Break has become here in Panama City Beach, now is the time for citizens to take our beaches back, restore order, and create a family-friendly safe environment. Panama City Beach's image has been tarnished! We can no longer wait for our elected officials to do the right thing. It is time for citizens to DEMAND that the recommendations of Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen be enacted immediately. This affects all Panama City Beach residents, Bay County residents, and absentee residents who have invested heavily in this area. Property values will decrease and visitors who come during other periods of the year will begin to question whether or not Panama City Beach is a safe vacation destination for their families. The time for action is now! We can make a difference; let's take our beaches back!
