Palo Alto can do better, but is busy wasting money on roundabouts, $100k in art for a police lobby, painting fishies on roads, and generally doing everything BUT the right things.

Internet access is access to information, which in our current age is crucially connected to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness". It should be considered with the gravity of a public utility, and it is frankly ridiculous for Palo Alto to have such expensive slow speeds.
