Save our Historic Mountain View

The Mountain View City Council is considering a developer’s proposal to remove two historic downtown buildings: the Weilheimer House (built in 1894; currently home of Chez TJ restaurant) and the former Air Base Laundry building (built in 1931; currently home of the Tied House brewery).

We, the undersigned, encourage the Mountain View City Council to reject this proposal to remove these historic properties, and instead keep these buildings in place to remain part of our city’s heritage and its downtown appeal.
