If you're going to continue to develop the city, do so without destroying the environment around it

I love the depth of character that our mature trees add to our community. I don't want Mountain View to look like 1990s Sunnyvale!

The saving of the trees should have been front and center when first discussing this development. Intervene now to change this outcome. Thanks.

Trees do so much for us, and we need to protect them! I hope the developer can explore ways to provide much needed housing AND keep most if not all the trees. A nature-filled community will be much healthier and therefore more desirable for future residents!

I encourage the developer to find alternative ways to design the site to preserve mature redwood trees, perhaps as a small park or a public path.

It is ALL of our responsibility to be stewards of this land. We must preserve the trees and use our skills to build around the bits of nature left here. Do NOT destroy our trees and city!

I mentioned the same issue for the new Moffett Ames Hotel site at a city council meeting. Now all the trees are gone and it looks like the business ran out of money to complete the project. Maybe I can use all of the dirt mounds for a nice dirtbike track now.
