Motorists often complain endlessly about perceived poor road quality in the metro, even though they have no education in engineering. If we are willing to constantly repair roads to appease these people, we should be giving bike infrastructure similar focus. If we are ever going to become more sustainable and a healthier society, this is important.

I rode this trail on my road bike and it was awful. I has many bumps which make the ride much more dangerous. Sadly it was better before with all the cracks

The condition of the recent quick method repaving is unacceptable for the Greenway. It will also be susceptible to quicker deterioration than traditional bituminous as Minnesota winters are extremely harsh on pavements with freeze/ thaw action and salt applications.

Just make the contractor fix it for free since they clearly did a half-assed job!

After so long with so many portions torn up, it was exciting to have it repaved but it is so irregular and uneven. Some places are hard to ride. Also after all the detours and tear ups, we kind of deserve a good surface!
